| Course Description : | The course deals with
selecting published scientific papers in human nutrition and dietetics, where
each student is asked to select a journal paper and summarize it focusing on
its importance, methodology, results and conclusions. Thus, students are
oriented to use, analyse and criticize scientific references, and train them to
scientific writing. A final exam in the selected papers will be given at the
end of the semester.
