Bachelor in Food science and Technology / Project and Research

Graduation Project : This includes training the student on a practical project in the  fields of food science and technology either individually or within a team under the supervision of the faculty in the department. The student presents the project in a  scientific paper which is discussed by the faculty members.

Timing: After completing 95 credit hours

Credit Hours: 3 credit hours.
