The Horticulture and Crop Science Program is accredited by the Applied and Natural Science Accreditation Commission  of ABET, https://www.abet.org, under the commission’s General Criteria with no applicable program criteria.

  3. Provide graduated  students with a solid scientific foundation that enables them to pursue further education in horticulture and crop science at local and international universities.
  4. Emphasizes raising awareness among farmers, investors, and consumers about the scientific methods of horticultural production and the proper post-harvest conservation of products.​
