Includes practical training in a food production and processing institution to train the student on joint operations, conservation, processing and marketing operations related to the products of the institution.

Includes practical training in a food production and processing institution where the student is trained to control the quality of the products of the enterprise, its quality systems, food safety, consumer relations and legislation related to its products. This course coincides with practical training (1).
